1. Order Processing Time

Standard (Non-DIY) Orders

All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DIY / Personalized Orders

DIY bracelets and personalized items are made-to-order, which requires additional crafting time.
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

Because DIY pieces are created specifically for you:
• Processing time cannot be expedited
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins

Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or special launches.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Delivery time refers to the shipping duration after dispatch, not the order date.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–12 business days
Express Shipping: Estimated 5–8 business days

Remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO) may require additional time.

International Shipping

• Estimated 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs’ delays vary by country and are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD
• For orders under $100, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

Shipping fees become non-refundable once the order has shipped.

We may occasionally run free-shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

4. Tracking Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If tracking shows "Label Created", please allow 24–48 hours for carrier updates.

If your package is Returned to Sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to offer:
Reshipment (additional fees may apply), or
Refund for the product total (shipping costs are non-refundable)

5. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:
• Carrier disruptions
• Severe weather
• Customs processing
• Peak holiday seasons

If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us for assistance.

6. International Shipping & Restrictions

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide.

However, certain regions may not be serviceable due to carrier limitations or import regulations.
If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us for possible alternatives.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

7. Shipping Address Guidelines

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

For DIY / Personalized Orders:

Address changes cannot be made once the item has entered production.

8. Delivery Responsibility

Once your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully completed.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
However, if issues arise, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier — and feel free to reach out to us for support.
